This past Sunday was a sweet time for our church family at Ocean Park as we witnessed a Parent Covenant. Silas & Summer Forrester stood before God and the people of God to make a covenant, promising to raise Judah in the admonition of the Lord and to faithfully tell him the story of God’s grace. With thankful hearts, they committed to help him know and love the Lord, remembering that children are a gift from Him

Thank you, church family, for standing with them in prayer and support. Let’s continue to encourage the Forresters as they pass the hope of the gospel on to the next generation.

Bring your best pot of chili or kids your favorite dessert to enter — or simply come ready to taste and vote for your favorites! It’ll be a great time to reconnect and enjoy plenty of homemade goodness. Everyone is welcome, so invite a neighbor and come hungry!

Design for Discipleship: Our Hope in Christ
Larry Hutson will be leading the weekly Discipleship Hour, with 8 weeks of training on how to do inductive Bible study.
We’ll study 1 Thessalonians together and learn practical tools for personal Bible study.

Connections
Fellowship Groups are bi-monthly small groups where 10-12 people will meet in a member's home to discuss sermon application and pray.
Prayer Gatherings are a time when the body of Ocean Park gathers at the church to devote ourselves to prayer (Acts 2:42)
Join us as we walk through a new Bible story that will help kids see the biggest story of redemption and ultimately what - or, Who! - the Bible is all about: Jesus!
All youth are invited to our next Prayer Gathering! Come hang out, dive into God’s Word, and grow in faith together.

The Adults will be studying the book of Hebrews verse by verse, gaining a deeper understanding of its rich themes of faith, perseverance, and the supremacy of Christ.
Men’s Group Invitation – Ages 13+
You’re invited to join us as we read and discuss Man Up! by Pastor Jeffrey Hemmer — a bold call to embrace biblical manhood in today’s world.
Women & Young Ladies 13 and up join us for Women’s Bible Study as we explore the Book of James together.
