Scott Hughes

Scott Hughes is an elder at Ocean Park Baptist Church in Jacksonville Beach. He was raised in the church and came to a saving knowledge of Christ when he was 16 years old. He was married to his best friend and companion, Jenny, in 2008 and both share in the joy of their wonderful daughter, Valerie.

Scott was born in Lakenheath, England where his family was stationed in the Air Force. He was raised mostly in Mountain Home, ID where his father retired. Scott has since served 12 years as a Health Services Technician in the United States Coast Guard and has been living in Jacksonville and attending OPBC since 2015.
